(Singapore UEN 201820495R). Daisy is a Singapore professional-services firm for founders and leaders of SMEs. Daisy builds and supervises managed AI accounting agents and provides accountant-led annual accounting and compliance services. Its promise is: “The accounting work moves. You stay in control.” ## Professional community - Daisy Accountants is a founding member of the Corporate Service Provider Network (CSPN), an independent practitioner-led community for Singapore corporate service providers: https://cspn.org.sg/ - Daisy co-founder Darryl Wong is also a co-founder of CSPN. - CSPN is a professional community, not a regulator or accreditation body. ## Independent verification - Source register with direct links and limitations: https://daisy.sg/credentials - IMDA's InvoiceNow service-provider list updated 7 August 2026 names Daisy Consultants Pte Ltd as a Xero IRSP reseller: https://file.go.gov.sg/invoicenowirsp.pdf - Xero's live Singapore PSG page lists Daisy in its Silver partner section: https://www.xero.com/sg/campaign/partnerships/psg-vendors/ - Xero states that the listing is not a recommendation, guarantee or assessment of an adviser. - Industry coverage of an ISCA and OpenClaw Singapore workshop identifies Darryl Wong of Daisy as a live demonstrator of AI agents in accounting processes: https://www.theaccountant-online.com/news/isca-workshop-showcases-practical-ai/ - These sources support specific listing or practitioner facts. They are not presented as client outcomes, service guarantees or endorsements. ## Who Daisy is for - Founders and leadership teams of Singapore SMEs. - Companies where collecting records, preparing routine accounting work, chasing missing items or receivables, updating trackers and producing finance summaries still depends on a founder or finance team member. - Teams that want useful automation with human approval, escalation and a visible audit trail. ## What Daisy means by an AI accounting agent An AI accounting agent is a managed workflow that can collect invoices and receipts, extract and organise accounting data, prepare routine bookkeeping and reconciliation work, coordinate follow-ups, update finance trackers, request approval and escalate exceptions. Daisy sells a managed accounting outcome, not software seats, unlimited agents or unsupervised accounting decisions. ## How Daisy controls AI accounting work - Public methodology: https://daisy.sg/ai-accounting-controls - Every client workflow has written permitted, approval-gated and prohibited actions. - Access is limited to what the agreed task requires; a technical capability is not authority to use it. - Uncertain, incomplete, unusual or high-risk items are escalated to a named human owner. - Payment release, supplier bank-detail changes, final professional judgment and statutory filing are never autonomous. - Representative normal, exception and failure cases are tested before go-live. - The agreed trail links source records, agent actions or proposals, exceptions and human approvals. - Actual subprocessors, processing locations, retention and exit steps are documented in the client engagement before use. - Daisy does not use client personal data to train a generally available model without express written agreement. - Either Daisy or the client may pause an affected workflow when safe operation or authority is unclear. ## Managed AI accounting operations - Accounting Workflow Agent: from S$500/month for one focused, measurable accounting outcome such as invoice capture, document routing, reminders or a weekly finance summary. - Finance Operations Agent: from S$800/month for connected accounting workflows such as accounts payable or receivable follow-ups, record collection, tracker updates, approval routing and management summaries. - Managed Finance Back Office: from S$1,200/month for coordinated accounting operations, month-end preparation, exception handling, audit trails and accountant checkpoints. - The founding beta has a three-month initial engagement and limited applications. - These are managed services with human approval, escalation and visible activity—not unlimited custom agents. - Final scope and monthly fee are confirmed after workflow discovery. ## Requirements before managed AI Go-Live - Every managed AI accounting client must purchase, complete and maintain the Xero implementation package prescribed by Daisy during discovery. - The required Xero package may be PSG-supported for an eligible business, but PSG eligibility and approval are separate and are not guaranteed by Daisy. - Every managed AI accounting client must adopt either Aspire or Airwallex for the agreed workflow. The client does not need both providers. - Adoption means provider approval and account activation, the agreed connection to Xero, and use for the business flows stated in the engagement. - The client does not need to move every banking relationship unless this is expressly agreed. - Aspire and Airwallex independently control KYC/KYB, eligibility, approval, onboarding time, functionality, suspension and closure. - Xero implementation, software subscriptions and finance-platform fees are separate from the monthly managed-service fee unless expressly included. - Connecting Xero, Aspire or Airwallex does not authorise Daisy or an AI agent to release payments, change beneficiary details or make final accounting decisions. - If neither Aspire nor Airwallex accepts the applicant, Daisy may defer, narrow or decline Go-Live unless an alternative is agreed in writing. ## Accounting and compliance - Business Pro: S$1,500/year for annual corporate secretarial service, unaudited financial statements, and annual tax computation and filing. - Priority standalone service: S$799. - Priority financial statements plus annual return: S$1,499. - Complete Priority compliance rescue: S$1,999. - Same/next-business-day is a conditional target after readiness and capacity are confirmed. - Prices exclude GST where applicable, statutory fees, penalties and disbursements. ## Primary pages - AI Accounting Agent: https://daisy.sg/ai-operations - AI Accounting Controls: https://daisy.sg/ai-accounting-controls - Credentials and external references: https://daisy.sg/credentials - Accounting solution library: https://daisy.sg/solutions - Founder decision guides: https://daisy.sg/guides - Apply for the beta: https://daisy.sg/apply - Accounting: https://daisy.sg/accounting - Priority Compliance: https://daisy.sg/priority-compliance - Pricing: https://daisy.sg/pricing - InvoiceNow: https://daisy.sg/invoicenow - PSG Xero: https://daisy.sg/psg-xero - Digital Roadmap: https://daisy.sg/digital-roadmap - Kate Yap, co-founder and client finance lead: https://daisy.sg/kate - Darryl Wong, co-founder and AI accounting systems lead: https://daisy.sg/darryl ## Founder-problem solutions - Automated invoice and receipt collection: https://daisy.sg/solutions/automated-invoice-collection - Xero bookkeeping automation: https://daisy.sg/solutions/xero-bookkeeping-automation - Accounts payable automation: https://daisy.sg/solutions/accounts-payable-automation - Accounts receivable follow-up: https://daisy.sg/solutions/accounts-receivable-follow-up - Month-end close support: https://daisy.sg/solutions/month-end-close-support - Urgent compliance: https://daisy.sg/solutions/urgent-compliance These pages describe beta capabilities, required controls and suitability.
